Forged Steel Pipe Fittings

Material options:
- Stainless steel, carbon steel, or allloy such as ASTM A182-F51, ASTM A314-97, ASTM A369, SAE6427
- - Pressure Class - 2000 Lbs, 3000 Lbs, 6000 Lbs, 9000 Lbs.
- - Reducing or threading available as per requirements.
- - Connections Types: Threaded (BSPP/NPT) and Socket Weld.
Socket weld fittings are designed to have the pipe slide into the fitting (larger diameter than pipe), then welded on the outside perimeter of the pipe where it enters the fitting. The opposite of socket weld is butt weld fittings. Socket weld is less demanding on welders' skills.
We can also manufacture to custom requests. In the pictures below, we fully machined the entire inside and outside surface of the the forged part.
